Community Capacity Building Institue
The Community Capacity Building Institute (CCBI) is our program that specifically focuses on building authentic demand. Authentic demand occurs when the constituents are at the decision-making table, have a voice in the decisions (not just input), and are connected and accountable to an organization's constitute group. The Global ARC works to create authentic demand in a variety of ways and the CCBI is one of our core programs established in order to increase authentic demand in San Diego.
